Mr. Doijer has significant Supervisory Board membership experience, such as Ahold (member of the Supervisory Board 2005 - 2016), Corio (Chairman Supervisory Board 2005 - 2015) and Lucas Bols (Chairman Supervisory Board 2006 - 2020). He holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Rotterdam.
Mr. Doijer gained extensive experience in the international consumer goods industry through his 30 years in senior positions with Makro (part of SHV Holdings) and as member of the Executive Board of Directors of SHV Holdings.

Mr. Tjeenk Willink has significant Supervisory Board membership experience gained in the pharmaceutical, biotech industry and in multiple start-ups in different sectors. He gained 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, for instance with multinational Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH as Member of the Board of Managing Directors.

Ms. Smit has gained significant experience in the Shell group of companies and more recently as a member of the executive Board and CFO of Leiden University Medical Center. Her supervisory board positions include positions in the life sciences and health sector and the cultural sector. She holds an economics and finance degree from the Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).

Mr. L. Blijdorp served as Board member of several companies within B&S and currently holds several board and committee member positions in companies related to Sarabel Invest S.à r.l.
Mr. L. Blijdorp holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management from the RUG (University of Groningen), the Netherlands.

Erna Versteegden, organizational consultant and lecturer, acquired significant supervisory board experience through previous and present supervisory positions at Sioux, Lime, Mazars, Hogeschool Utrecht and Platform-C.
After graduating from Nyenrode university, Erna started her international career as the director of the (U.S.) State of Indiana Trade and Investment office for Europe, Middle East and South Africa. In the early 90s, Erna was asked by EY to shape their Marketing, Communication and Sales. She continued her career at EY as their Company Secretary and Director of Operations for the EMEIA Audit board.
Erna has a background in marketing and communication, Leadership Behavior (Harvard Business School) and Neuroscience (Columbia University), as well as being an equipped Team and Executive coach (Phoenix opleidingen). After spending some time abroad, she is now actively involved in various board and supervisory positions and she works as an advisor and trainer focusing on diversity & inclusion, leadership, change management and operations for a multitude of organizations.
